At Donna Karan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that final sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
